04 / QUALITY CONTROL

Product quality control in China

A pre-shipment inspection makes corrective action possible while the goods are still with the manufacturer. The scope is based on the approved specification, reference sample, packaging requirements and agreed acceptance criteria.

Why is inspection after delivery too late?

Once the balance is paid and the goods have shipped, corrective work is slower, more expensive and harder to enforce. Inspection in China cannot guarantee that every defect is absent, but it provides documented evidence for a release, rework or re-inspection decision.

Inspection scope

  • quantity, model and marking verification
  • workmanship checks on randomly selected units
  • measurements, functional tests and specification comparison
  • retail and transport packaging checks
  • nameplates, labels and shipping documentation
  • photographic report and result against agreed criteria

Inspection stages

  1. 01

    Checklist

We convert requirements and product risks into clear inspection points.

  2. 02

    Inspection

The inspector samples goods and performs visual, dimensional and functional checks.

  3. 03

    Findings

Defects are classified and critical questions are discussed with the client.

  4. 04

    Decision

The report supports shipment, rework or re-inspection decisions.

Outcome

Control before payment release

You receive photographs, test results, defect counts and a clear summary. For series-produced goods we can apply an AQL sampling plan; machinery is assessed against a project-specific acceptance checklist.
